This Privacy Policy explains how Vaidyaneethi Medical Law Chamber (“the Chamber”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit this website or communicate with us through it. This policy is framed with reference to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for marketing.

Information submitted through the contact form is stored securely in our database and may generate an email notification to the Chamber. Communications sent through this website are treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law, but transmitting an enquiry does not create an advocate–client relationship.
